Been Thinking – Luke 22:31-32 “The Lord said, “Simon, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail.”
Thank God that He has set limits on Satan’s influence. He knew that even tho Peter’s faith would falter, he would overcome so that he could strengthen others. Jesus is fully aware of every temptation and test you will face. He intercedes for you just as He did for Peter. When tempted, turn to Jesus. He will take you to the Father and you will overcome. Then you will be able to help others.
Jesus is praying for you right now! Be encouraged.
Been Thinking – You know the more I think about it, Now would be a perfect time for someone to come on the scene who has all the answers, knows how to stop the virus, knows how to bring everyone together, and solves all the problems. Just know that this person is Satan in the flesh and the Anti Christ has come!! But Christians don’t be alarmed because we will be Out Of Here!!! Can I get and Amen???

Been Thinking – about trials. God allows us to suffer difficulties and hardships for a reason. Testing reveals what is in your heart and produces a strong faith. As we walk with God we come to understand that our lives depend on Him and His Word. If we are prepared to listen to Him He will bring us thru with astounding victory. Is God testing you in some area of your life? What has His testing revealed? Have you become bitter toward God?. Or have you come to trust Him more as a result of what He is doing in you?

Been Thinking – Phil.4:8 “If there is any virtue and it there is anything praiseworthy, think on these things.”
What you think about in your unguarded moments reflects what your mind dwells on . To keep your thoughts pure you must guard what goes into your mind. To exercise your mind you must contemplate things that are good and truths that stretch your mind.
The things you allow your mind to dwell on will be revealed by the way you live. If you fill your mind with thots of Christ you will become Christlike. What you fill your mind with is a matter of choice. Choose to concentrate on the wonderful truths of God and they will transform your character into one that brings Glory to God.

Been Thinking – Ps.23:1 “The Lord is my Shepherd.” You know, as long as sheep trust and follow their shepherd they will always be safe and will always have their needs met at the right time. Their shepherd gives the best that he has. Do you have absolute trust in your Good Shepherd? Do you ever worry that God might be withholding something from you that you need? The psalmist was convinced that he would “want” for nothing. By His very nature the Good Shepherd would lay down His life for His sheep. In fact He did just that. If you find yourself “wanting” it may be that you lack the faith to receive all that He has to give. Trust Him to meet the needs in your life that only He can.

Been Thinking – Ps.23:3 “He restores my soul.” Have you grown weary? Your Shepherd knows your every need. He knows when you will grow weary. He knows just what you need to be refreshed. How He responds to you will always perfectly correspond to your need. But you must listen for Him. There will be times when you feel as if you can go no further. Your Shepherd knows you have reached this point and He always has a remedy. Are you weary? Only God knows how to heal and rejuvenate a soul. Ask Him to restore you. Listen to Him. He is your Good Shepherd.

Been thinking – Psalm 23:3 “He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for His Name’s sake.”
Your Shepherd knows your every need. He knows there are times when you grow weary. He knows there are times when you need rest. Your Shepherd knows just what you need and when you need it. There will be times when you feel you can go no further in your Christian walk. Your Shepherd knows when you have reached that point. He always has a remedy!
Have you grown weary??? God knows how to heal and rejuvenate your soul. He will do it perfectly. Ask Him to restore you and then be prepared to respond to what He does in your life.

Been Thinking – Gal. 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me..”
The Christian life is an exchanged life. It’s Jesus’s life for your life. When Jesus takes control your life takes on whole new dimensions that you would never have known apart from Him. When Christ takes up residence in the life of a believer “all the fullness of God” is available to that person. All we have to do is to “abide in the vine” and allow God to do in and thru you what only He can do.
Allow him to live out His life thru you. He is the only One Who can!!

Been Thinking – Matthew 5:13 “You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned?”
You are Salt!! God’s people are to be His preserving agents for a world that is corrupted and degenerating because of sin. We must be careful not to be corrupted ourselves. If people around us are deteriorating spiritually, we need to go to our Lord and allow Him to adjust our lives so that we can be used as a preservative in their lives.

Been Thinking – Matthew 16:24 “Jesus said to His disciples, ‘If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.’”
The following are hard words but they are non the less true. Your “cross” is God’s Will for you regardless of the cost. Taking up that cross is a choice. But you can never truly follow Jesus unless you have first taken up your cross. There is no Christianity without a cross. If you are waiting for a relationship with God that never requires suffering or inconvenience, then you cannot use Christ as your model. God’s Will for you involves a cross. First take up your cross, then you can follow Him. Just remember that as Christ endured the Cross He will be there to help you to endure yours as well.

Been Thinking – Phil.4:6 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving , let your requests be made known to God.”
Don’t be anxious! Paul said that there is nothing that should cause a child of God to worry. He was writing from prison, where he was held as a result of fale accusations. Yet Paul said there would never be a crisis so troubling that God could not bring peace in the midst of it. God may not take the problem away but He Will carry the load for you. You will never understand How God gives you His peace in some of the situations you face but you do not have to understand it to experience it. There is nothing you can face that is too difficult, too troubling, too fearful for God. For that we can say, Praise The Lord!!

Been Thinking – Hebrews 12:1 “Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles us.”
Sin is our most persistent, determined enemy. Sin seeks to rob us of every good thing God has designed for us. Sin creeps into our lives when and where we least expect it. It packages itself to look so good that we are lulled into thinking that it cannot really harm us. Sin sneaks in and relentlessly entangles our lives.
Don’t call sin a mistake or a bad habit, or a weakness. It Is Sin!!
But the good news is that there is no extent to which sin can entangle us that God’s Grace does not abound still more to free us. God can set you free no matter how desperately entangled you have become. Praise The Lord!!
